What should your complaint include?

To enable us to process your complaint efficiently, please provide the following information:

    • Name and surname
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  • Order number or purchase date
  • A detailed description of the product defect
  • Date of detection of the defect
  • Your request:
    • How would you like us to resolve the issue? You can request a repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund (if the defect is major).

How long does it take to process a complaint?

We have 14 days from the date we receive your complaint to review it. We will inform you of our decision by email or phone. If we do not respond within 14 days, your complaint has been deemed accepted.

How will we resolve your complaint?

If your complaint is accepted, we will endeavor to resolve it in the most favorable manner possible for you. Depending on your request and capabilities, we may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with a new one, free from defects
  • Lower the price of the product
  • I'll refund your money

Costs related to a complaint

If your complaint is accepted, we will cover the costs of returning the defective product. We will coordinate the shipping method with you.
