Delivery time and costs

Orders placed in our Kunesti online store are delivered via Ambro Express , a professional courier company specializing in furniture transportation. We currently do not offer in-person pickup of ordered products.

Available products are shipped within the time specified when placing the order, after receiving payment (in the case of payment by bank transfer or online payments) or after receiving order confirmation (in the case of choosing cash on delivery, if available).

The delivery deadline for the ordered goods is:

  • Up to 10 business days for items in stock. This timeframe is counted from the moment the order is accepted for processing. Furniture is shipped from the warehouse once a week (usually on Wednesdays), and delivery orders must be registered the day before by 12:00 PM . Orders placed and paid for after this time, or in the case of a large order volume, may be forwarded for shipment the following week.

Once we have registered your delivery order, you will receive an email notification directly from Ambro Express courier with information about your shipment, including a waybill number to track your delivery status (if available).

For orders processed by Ambro Express, deliveries are made on weekdays, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM , within 5 business days of receiving the furniture from our warehouse. The ZADBANO transport company will contact you directly to arrange the exact date and approximate delivery times , taking into account logistical options and the delivery zone.

  • For pre-order items , delivery times range from 40 to 90 business days from the date you place your order. Each pre-order item has an estimated delivery and shipping date specified on its product page. Please note that this date is an estimate and is subject to change due to the transit time of the furniture batch from the manufacturer to our warehouse, which can currently range from 8 to 12 weeks.

In the case of an order containing at least one item with an extended availability period (pre-sale) , the delivery of the entire order will be made together, in accordance with the delivery date of the longest available item .

In each case , we will confirm product availability and the final order fulfillment date . In the event of any discrepancies, we will contact you to confirm the fulfillment date.

Shipping Costs

Delivery of ordered products is carried out via a courier company:

Delivery costs to the specified address depend on the total weight and dimensions of the ordered furniture. Current delivery costs are as follows:

  • up to 15kg: PLN 109
  • up to 25kg: PLN 129
  • up to 32kg: PLN 149
  • up to 45kg: PLN 185
  • 46-60kg: 225 PLN
  • 61-75kg: 265 PLN
  • 76-90kg: PLN 309
  • 91-105kg: 339 PLN
  • 106-120kg: PLN 379
  • over 120kg: PLN 445

If you choose cash on delivery (if available), an additional fee of PLN 20 is added to the above delivery costs.

The Standard Delivery service (Delivery to Address) includes transport of ordered furniture to the specified address and delivery of packages to the Customer's premises (through the front door). NOTE: The Kunesti Store is not responsible for the inability to provide the delivery service if the traffic route (width/height of the front door, staircase, etc.) prevents the safe delivery of packages.

It is possible to order additional paid services from Ambro Express, such as furniture delivery to a designated room in the customer's home. To use these services, please contact the Ambro Express transport company directly after receiving information about the planned delivery.
