Your right to a refund in Kunesti

At Kunesti, your satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, when purchasing our garden furniture, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days. You don't have to provide a reason for your decision. This 14-day period begins on the day you or someone you designate (other than the courier) receives the shipment.

How to make a return?

  1. Let us know your decision:
    • You can do this by sending us a clear statement. This could be, for example:

Important:

  • Simply send us notice of your withdrawal within 14 days. You don't have to return the furniture immediately.

What about your money?

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the furniture to you (except if you choose a more expensive delivery option than our standard method).
  • The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
  • We'll refund your money using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless you've specifically requested a different refund. You won't incur any fees for this refund.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned furniture or confirmation of its shipment (whichever comes first).

How do I return furniture?

  • Please return the furniture no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
  • The deadline is met if you send the return shipment before the 14 days have elapsed.
  • The direct costs of returning the furniture are borne by you.
  • Due to the size of the furniture, we can offer pickup via our courier service. Please note that the cost of this service is the customer's responsibility. Contact us for details and pricing.

Please remember the condition of the furniture you are returning!

  • You are responsible for any diminished value of the furniture if you use it in a way that goes beyond normal inspection (e.g. intensive use, damage).
  • If possible, please return the furniture in its original packaging, with assembly instructions and maintenance instructions.

When is a return not possible?

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law, e.g. for furniture manufactured to your special order or closely related to you (if we offer such).
